Body transformation look like
My weight gain was the blunder of puberty. As a toddler I wont to be really lean then after attaining puberty, I placed on weight but was considered average but not fat. once I was through with my schooling I weighed around 65kgs and was teased for my weight and that i thought it had been fine and never made any serious efforts about my weight. Then, once I joined college i used to be put in hostel (June 2015)(I was a hosteller during school too). it had been a personal hostel and that i was a free bird with good pin money . I started exploring new restaurants,name it I even have tried it(chennai). I wont to eat two -three cheese burst pizzas hebdomadally . No exercise nothing. I didn’t realise i used to be putting on weight also . Then I met my mom (we had issues then) after 8 months and she or he was disgusted by the way I looked. She told me I even have placed on such a lot weight and that i thought she wasn’t serious because selfies never showed that way(LOL) and that i never took photos from back camera. Then she verbally abused me for being obese ,which i actually don’t want to urge deep(Nov 2015). I still couldn’t find out what I should do, i used to be immensely hurt by those words from her and that i still thought I wasn’t that fat. Jan 2016, I went for a movie with my friendsthen we took an image (back camera) once I saw the photo i used to be really shocked, I didn’t know until then i used to be so fat and that i checked my weight i used to be 80kgs. Then I started taking my weight issues seriously and began my weight loss journey from April 2016(after semester) by now things were better reception so I shifted to my house.
The photo on the left I weighed 80kgs(I’m with a tummy tucker there and therefore the pic that changed my life)and left now around 57–58 kgs.
The following three pictures are of me when my weight wont to fluctuate between 58–60.
From 80 kgs (april 2016 )I was right down to 59–60kgs (oct 2016)
Some tips that figured out on behalf of me and still helps me to take care of it without gymming hard but with light yoga and healthy diet:
Have a tablespoon of copra oil . Honestly, at that point I didn’t realize it’s benefits but just started it for cooling my body down but later I need to know that having fat in empty stomach aids weight loss.
I follow it with a litre of water.
Do surya namaskar.
I replaced rice with millets( now I hardly do it), continued with oil , ghee and Indian curries everything. Didn’t omit any.
Increased the take of vegetables and fruits.
I finish my dinner by 6 or max by 7. Not anytime later. I follow the proper timings for meals(7:30 (breakfast)-11:00(snacks)-2 (lunch)-4(some protein as pre workout)-7( dinner))
I managed to lose 7–8 kgs by july 2015 with none gymming but later the stubborn fat didn’t melt so I had to sweat . Hence , I joined gym and worked really hard.
Sunday wont to be my cheat day. I wont to eat whatever I craved during the week.
I wont to drink 1 litre of lemon water and nearly 4 litres of water.
I quit sugar.
This is my transformation story. Weight loss won't only get you healthy but will offer you a far better understanding of your body and it’s needs.
Points to remember:
Don’t compare your journey with others because each one’s is exclusive .
Weight loss not only needs physical strength but mental willpower.
Our body may be a temple, so please don’t dump it with junk.
